Lobby Waiting

Lobby Waiting is a smart feature which the Q Waits Business app provides, so that your business lobby does not get crowded. To enable this feature , tap on the hamburger icon, when the drawer menu opens tap on Queue settings and scroll down to this feature and select the checkbox for "Enable Lobby waiting".

Your lobby must be having a capacity which you can accommodate. Based on that capacity you can define "Maximum people in the lobby" once you enable Lobby waiting. When your customers have queued up, only those customers will be allowed to enter the lobby and wait inside whose position is less than or equal to your value set for maximum people in the lobby.

This feature offers a two-tier waiting facility for your business. Your lobby never gets crowded and only those customers whose turn is approaching would wait inside the lobby.
