How to scan QR code of customer?
Whenever a customer checks-in to your business through the Q Waits app, a QR code gets displayed in the details screen of the business or business department (for premium plan).
Businesses can scan the QR code at any point of time and change the status of that customer. To do that the admin or the business user needs to tap on the scanner icon on the top. Please refer to the screenshot below.
As and when you tap on the scanner and scan the QR code of the customer, you will get to know the current status of the customer in the virtual queue. To change the status of the customer you will have to tap on the user and do the needful.
