Now that you have decided to enable your business for virtual queuing, let us get you all set. This will not take long and is a very easy process. You can get started in literally 5 minutes once you decide to implement virtual queue using Q Waits Business. If you have not downloaded the app already, download it now.
After download, when you open the app, the landing page lets you create an account with your name, email address and password.
Provide these details and click on Create account. You will now receive an email to verify your email address. Open the email and click on the verification link to verify your account.
Note: If you have not received your email, please check in your spam folder. If you find it in your spam folder, please mark it as important, so that it does not go to spam again. If you have not received the email, come back to the app and click resend verification email.
Register your business
Once your email is verified, login with your credentials. You will now see the screen shown below.
Click “Register a business”.
A popup might appear on your screen seeking permission to access the device location. This permission is needed to search businesses around you, as you type.
You need to follow the simple 3 steps to register your business. Please refer to the screenshot below.
Click Search and type in your business name. Select your Business name from the search results. Once you are done with this step, your Business name will be displayed in the app.
Now click Next. In step 2 you need to select the plan which suits you best. Currently, three (3) plans are available – Micro, Basic & Premium. All Plan features are being shown at the bottom of this screen. Select a plan that suites best for your business and click Next.
The third step is the confirmation screen. You will get to see all the options you selected and review them once again here. If you wish to make any changes, click Back and make changes. Once you have made sure, your selections are fine, click Confirm.
Your phone's subscription screen will now show up. Please go through the steps as it requires. Once you have subscribed, you will automatically come back to this app again.
Once your business is registered, you need to login again to use the features of the business app.
You can also have other users register themselves as a team member. The app will generate a 6 digit business code for your business, which you can see from the Business settings screen. This business code is unique for your business. Share this code with your team members for them to register.
Add as a business user with code
If you are a business user and wish to register yourself, click on "Add as a business user" and specify the business code provided to you by the business admin.However you will be able to use the features of this app only when the business admin approves you and gives you certain permissions.
