Reports and Analytics

You can use Q Waits Business's reports and analytics to learn about how your virtual queue management is performing in great detail. Reports and analytics are available across all the subscription (including the free plan).
These reports not only show you information about the virtual queue, but with meaning insights like average wait time, across days, weeks, months, it helps you understanding flaws in your existing process and plan for better efficiency.
With reports like service categories, show you what services are in more demand so that you can plan for more resources for that service category and provide more better and streamlined service to your customers.
Here is how you can access the Reports section in the app:
Once you tap on the hamburger icon of the Q Waits Business app, you will get to see Reports on the list. Clicking on Reports will take you to the Reports section. In Reports, you will be able to generate reports based on - Business summary, Service Category, Check-ins over time, Check-in types and Wait time. You will be able to generate reports for a period of 7days, 30 days, and 6 months. Report data is however based on the archived data, so if you wish to view the reports on last updated data at the end of the day, you need to Archive and reset the queue.
Note: While you click on Archive and reset queue as all the statuses will get cleared and all the customers in the queue will be aborted. So it is advised not to archive and reset the queue during your business hours.
