SMS notification enabled but why my customers are not receiving SMS.
If you have SMS notifications enabled, and your customers are not receiving SMS notifications, please check your SMS credits usage in Business settings. Your SMS credits must have got exhausted and you need to purchase SMS packs to continue sending sms notifications to your customers.
To purchase SMS packs, tap on SMS credits and select the SMS bundle that suits you and continue with the payment. Once you are done with the payment, you will get the SMS credits instantly and you can start using them right away.
