What payment methods do you offer?
We offer in-app purchases through the app. This is more secured way of accepting payments. You can make payments from inside the app using debit, credit or any other options. Because this app requires a monthly subscription, the payments are automatically captured via the app.
How do I switch to a different plan?
You can change plans anytime using the app. Login to the app and go to business settings. Select Plan. The screen will show you the plan subscription that you currently have. Tap on Change plan and the next screen will show the available plans and allow to choose one.
Do you have a yearly subscription for plans?
No, at this point of time, we only offer monthly subscriptions.
What happens when I am on a Free plan and the monthly limit is hit?
The free subscription plan allows you to have 100 customer check-ins to your business. If this limit is reached, the queue will be closed and customers won't be able to check-in anymore. The limit gets reset to 0 again the next billing cycle.
